I've gone to premier for years and they've always done a good job. They are always courteous and prompt. Three owner is usually there and knows her customers

Brand new Brooks Brothers shirts ruined by Premier Cleaners. Shirts have never been worn. Personally took shirts out of packaging from store. Shirts are $94.00 each. Stunned that Premier cleaners did not understand what had happened and made some excuse about the maker of the shirt.

I have done business with these people for years .. I will never go back again ... I did not receive both my ticket orders when I went to pick with a phone number for my friend .. the workers say I picked up both .. which I did not sign for .. Cindy signed my name .. when I delivered the suits to my friend he says he has 4 shirts to pick up on the same day drop off .. so I get his receipt.. go back to the cleaners .. they say they have given them to me because I signed for them .. I did not sign and I do not have my shirts . They refuse to find them and these are expensive Express shirts ... I am not a dishonest person and I have given them a lot of buisness ... No more ... beware and always know what you need to pick up .

I got 3 of my 5 garments back with the same stains I had on them before. I was able to get the stains out myself when I rewashed them. Customer service was some of the worst I have experienced in a long time - very unresponsive and rude
