The "certified" jeweler or watch repair person did the following:

1. Did not fully reassemble the watch properly. The back cover was loose.

2. When I noticed it was loose, it opened and I discovered that a secondary battery was missing. Also, the battery restraint metal strip was not connected and was loose.

3. Cracked the crystal by forcing the rear cover back on not realizing that the crystal was curved and in contact with the plastic clamps.

4. She was rude, ill tempered and unapologetic with ruining my watch. There should be laws protecting consumers from this level of incompetence.
