This review is specifically about Barret Pulver at Shorewood. Barret has helped us as both buyers and sellers of homes in the Manhattan Beach tree section. Based on our experience, we have recommended him to many people. Barret takes great care to understand what we are looking for in a home and does an excellent job identifying homes that meet our needs. When it comes to the business side of buying/selling, Barret is a great partner in helping to understand comps not just for the neighborhood, but down to the street level of the home, to help get a better understanding of what market value is. He's a very calming force during those emotional moments of negotiation and final decision making. He's very responsive, answering my texts at all hours of day and night to make sure that we have been well taken care of.
