This place is awesome! Great food, great service. Close to the beach. The servings are more than plenty. Will visit again next time I am in LA.

I enjoy coming here especially on Saturday mornings..its can be crowded but it is all part of the experience. The service overall is good, especially if you have been coming in regularly and they get to know you, you become welcomed. The place is quite crowded, again a lot of people and the place is small. I always prefer sitting outside, enjoy the weather and view, and just the people hanging. The food is good..there are a few plates that I order regularly. If I'm in a sweet mood I get the JD frenchtoasts, hmmm..has fresh fruit on top. If I am more into a hearty breakfast, then I order the Manhattan Omelette..has fresh vegtables and avocado..it is delicious. Then if I come for a late breakfast or make lunch then I get the Sourdough#6..its a turkey sandwich with thousand islands, goes great with their crunchy onion rings. I truly recommend this place, is laid back and its a nice way to spend a weekend morning with friends and family.

Uncle Bill's Pancake House is a family owned establishment and has been around for a long time. Steps from Manhattan Beach, this is the ideal place for a weekend breakfast or brunch. They serve breakfast or lunch till 2:30p so be aware that it is not open in the evenings.



Food is great. My favorites being JD's French Toast and Mitch's Scramble. Orange Juice is fresh. I have been going there for years and see the same folks serving food, so clearly they are good to their employees.



Prices are very reasonable. Service is average and that is why, this restaurant gets 4 stars.



One things to know when you go to Uncle Bills - that they have a long wait on weekends. And they don't take reservations, so get there, put your name on the list and go for a walk at the beach.
