Call these guys. They have the best prices and provide an awesome softener system. Paul is more of a friend than a salesman and you will not be disappointed. I just had a Fleck twin tank installed and can't believe how much better the water is than my old Kenmore softener.

They stand behind THEIR equipment and do great work.

Do not purchase equipment from this company because they refuse to back up when replacement parts are needed like after a lightening strike. If you call and they don't return your call, naturally you continue to call to try to get a hold of someone, you get accused of calling too often and the wrong time of the day or on the week-ends. We got told that they can pick and choose who they want to service and refused to help because he doesn't make any money when he has to service the unit. I was told to do a search on the internet to find the parts I needed and then he hung up on me. Is that professional? I don't think so. On one of their sites it states 24 Hr service. Don't believe it. The unit works but the company does not back up the equipment. I will be contacting BBB.

We purchased a whole water filteration system from this company and yes it worked fine but when it came to needing help after we had a lightning strike which took out all electrical equipment in the house, they refused to do anything. We had the problem on a Sunday. We tried calling differnet times of the day but never received a return call. Then we were told that they can pick and choose who they want to service and they refused to service us because we had called too many times and we shouldn't of called on the week-end. Really I thought I read that they service 24 hrs. Not at all professional. Hanging up on a client is also not very professional. All we wanted was to replace the equipment that was fried and yes I know it wasn't covered by the warrenty so you just turned away a client that was willing to pay for parts. How smart is this company. He told me to research the internet for parts. When I purchased this from him, I thought he would back up his equipment but he didn't. He told me he no longer wanted us as a customer, so if you plan to purchase from them, let's hope you don't have any problems like we did or they will cancel you as a client also. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.
