Provided by YP.comI would avoid this dry cleaning place. We took in a very expensive suit. When we got it back, it looked like there was heat damage on the front of the jacket. We took it back in and they said they would investigate. What they said was it was the suit manufacturer fault. They said it was a fabric shrinking problem and we should consult Dillards about it. I had the suit for only 6 months. Dillard's confirmed what I was thinking about the high heat damaging the suit. We've also had dress shirts damaged due to high heat. We went back in and talked to the supervisor. She proceeded to tell us that it wasn't their fault and they would do nothing about it. She also said that others were having the same problem with their suits (go figure). Needless to say, we don't use this dry cleaning place anymore. Very unprofessional. Quality has gone way down.

Provided by YP.comI'm writing this review because of a very refreshing experience I had with Dry Clean City. Trying to find a wash and fold laundry I called and the nicest man answered the phone. He said they didn't do wash and fold, but his other location Krispy Clean did. I replied but you guys have a better rating. I think he was little surprised and assured they were under the same management and I could expect great service from both. Well he was so nice I believed him and hung up thinking, I'm going to use Krispy Clean! But it didn't end there he called me back and I was glad to hear from him because I wanted to clarify that I had not had a bad experience I was just looking at the ratings. He wanted to find our what he could do to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Long, long story short, we live in world where people forget about the customers, but Rus at Dry Clean City isn't one of those people.

Provided by YPmobileStaff was completely unprofessional. I had my boyfriend bring in my comforters to be dry cleaned. They lied about not washing my comforters when I asked for dry cleaning only. They denied washing until I brought them dryer sheets that were sticking to my comforter. They then said, well next time you should bring your stuff in yourself so you know what you're getting and proceeded to hang up on me. Cotton was all clumped up inside and ruined, comforters were stained. I was not rude towards the people and they still treated my like dirt.

Provided by YPmobileNice, clean place. Very over priced and the attendant was somewhat rude when I asked what time they close. Will not be back again.

Provided by YP.comI wear a suit every day, so naturally, I have a lot of experience with drycleaners. I took a suit to Dry Clean City, and when they returned it, there was a tear on the right sleeve, a few inches from the wrist. I showed it to a supervisor, and she promised that she would look up the problem and resolve it for me. She called a few days later, and said that she watched the video footage from the cleaning process of that day, and that there was no equipment malfunction. Her bottom line: the damage was my fault, and they wouldn't replace the suit. I was a little shocked to hear this, so I went in and talked to the supervisor. She explained that the damage was "caused by a flaw in the fabric" and that it was probably because of the sleeve label. I pointed out that this brand of suit had the sleeve label on the LEFT sleeve, and that there was no way it could possibly affect the RIGHT sleeve. She casually ignored this, then she said that they had examined the lining and found old rips and tears, so the damage was clearly not their fault. As a pitiful attempt at customer satisfaction she said, "So you don't have a bad taste in your mouth, we'll give you some credit to your account." Thank you, Dry Clean City, you have given me a guarantee! A guarantee that when you damage my clothes in the future, you won't replace them. That's a guarantee that I'll pass on.
I strongly recommend avoiding these cleaners.

Provided by YP.comI took some clothing to this dry cleaners. Most of my items were cleaned ok, with the exception of 2 white dress blazers that I had cleaned. These were returned to me with yellowed stains through them. One of the jackets was a Nygard brand jacket retail valued at $149. The supervisor of this establishment was very non chalant about my ruined blazer and advised she would send it back through for me. When I returned to pick this up it was worse. The supervisor again looked at it and agreed she would send the jacket back through to be cleaned. I gave up on this jacket because I was not able to get resolution from this cleaners. The supervisor promised to call me concerning my experience to see what she could do, however she never did. I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone. I would recommend that when this cleaners experiences issues where clothing is ruined, they take responsibility in these rare instances and make it right for the customers. That would have made me happier if I felt they tried to resolve instead of just sticking with their disclaimer that they will not be responsibile for basically runining your clothing if it happens. Thank you.
