Some room for growth in communication here. Minimal effort by Salespersons or Finance Manager to make a deal happen. We had bought over a dozen vehicles with Dick Edwards Ford, but now that it is Flint Hills I was told they have no records of us as customers. I had to continually call to keep them working on the possible deal. Took us three days of going back and forth as well as a full day of the deal sitting in finance with minimal effort from the Finance Manager before I had to call and say that we were just going to go elsewhere and to quit "working" the deal.

Additionally, we took our other vehicle to Service for a recall and after having it all day I was told they didn't have the parts and would call me back to set up an appointment. That was a month ago, still no call...

We feel as if Flint Hills Ford wants new customers but not the old ones who have been loyal for many years.
