My mother just moved and needed a place to bring her belongings, and she is very pleased with her decision at this storage!

The employees were very pleasant and welcoming! The place is very cleaned and well taken care of.

Good job!!!

The lady that works there - I think her name was Hope?!?!?! She was so helpful and nice. She showed me a couple - I picked the bigger one. Place looks clean and price was very reasonable. So far happy camper!

The Facility is Nice.

The Customer Service is Not.



Signed for my unit on a Friday (I was deploying). Told them I didn't need the unit on the following Tuesday (because I was not anymore...That's FIVE days.



Apart from not getting back my refund, I was talked to VERY rude, and VERY short.



They talk a big game that they support the troops and are flexible because they know the army is forever changing their minds, but when it was time to show it, they came up short.



When you prep for something this big, and it gets canceled, you have a million things to worry about...this should've been one.
