The service is poor. Do not use their credit card. The people

working there are not knowledgeable and do not care. They

are only there to putin their time. The prices are higher than

Home Depot.

I have never had a bad experience with this store. All of their employees are super knowledgeable and helpful and I usually get asked several times per visit if I need any assistance. They have a really cool computer over in the area with the siding where you can plan a deck or fence or garage or anything and it spits out an estimate and plan that is almost complete enough to just work from that if you have a little experience! You can also get some pretty good deals if you watch the sales and stuff. They are also usually the cheapest place to get kitty litter. John over in the building/siding/delivery section is the best! He is extremely patient and helpful and I came in frustrated and upset and left happy and calm. I don't usually review businesses online but when I do, you know they either did an amazing job or a terrible job. I LOVE the Manhattan Menards and wish they had some down in TX too!

Im not a big fan of the layout and the aisle labels. Its hard to find things and your better off just asking someone. I really hate the jingle. They not only advertise alot on the radio, but even when your already in the store you hear that song numerous times. Its just brainwashing and if home depot were closer, I'd shop there for that reason. Overall the store has everything i need and they are close. However they do not offer a military discount. If you dont support the military thats fine. But most likely you dont support the congressmen running the military, not the everyday soldiers who serve to defend your freedom. Support a servicemember discount and not a politician discount if that makes your politcal views happier.

I never hav problem getting help locating help, what Im looking for, advise with my project, the employees are freindly and always willing to help, once I needed hand rail but it was to long to transport in my vehicle, I asked n a female section worker cut it down to the lenghts I needed which fit in my car, Im leaving the state and want to thank them for all ther help during the remodeling of my house, we will miss Menards n all the people who work ther. thank you its been so much easier getting this all done.
