I have worked with Rick at his store on several occasions, the latest being a newly purchased guitar. Rick is extremely knowledgeable, but never makes me feel like he is talking down to me in any way. He has done wonders for my old guitars, making them play better and easier than ever before. His store offers lessons for those of us who are still learning, and Brady is fantastic to work with. I have been tempted to order products online, but never seriously considered it, I can feel confident in my new purchases, knowing that Rick will be there if I need his help with anything. In a world of internet ordering, it's nice to have someplace to go to that feels so welcoming, and that doesn't just treat me like another number!!! Don't shop anywhere else, run on down to Rick's music and get your groove on!!!
