This establishment doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating. Terrible customer experience. By the reviews I read on U-Haul, the employees there must fill them out themselves, because it was NOTHING as advertised. If ya need a rental, go Budget, or try one of the other U Haul locations in town. Equipment was FILTHY, the price they quoted me changed several times, and my equipment was NOT ready when my reservation time approached. As I said, terrible customer experience.
