Terrible service and lack of communication! Literally had to call and drive there twice to locate a package I should have received Feb 1st only to find out the package I had held at post office was out for delivery somehow…

This is a terrible place to deal with. They often don't deliver mail until well after 5 PM, just throw boxes at the door (when they think no one is home) and just today I found out that if they aren't done delivering mail from that day, they will routinely scan packages as delivered or attempted to deliver and leave no notice, even when online it will say notice left. I was lucky enough to get them to pick the phone up and was treated like an annoyance by the lady on the other end. Also, the stupid delivery lady has knocked the flag off my box numerous times and refuses to fix it or even acknowledge doing it.

They're hardly ever open.
They don't pick up the phone.
Rude workers.

Don't ever go here or call here. They were rude and did not treat me like I was a customer, they treated me like I was their annoying neighbor, I will never call here again for help.
