These people are extremely rude and unprofessional. They take advantage of college students who are not knowledgeable about legal matters. While living there they charged me cash for minor damages more than once. I was not aware that it is illegal to charge cash. They also showed up unannounced on multiple occasions and invaded my privacy. While having conversations on the phone, the woman was extremely rude and would always raise her voice at me for no reason. I felt like I was dealing with a 12 year old with no manners. At the end of my lease I had a conflicting issue with ROTC and tried to find middle ground because I was unable to pay my last month of rent. I gave her plenty of warning but yet she was very difficult to deal with. The last interaction I have had with Villa Fay was when I saw them in court because they tried suing me for a ridiculous amount of money. Not only was she rude and had extreme attitude towards me, but she also had no manners when it came to talking to the judge. She also lied under oath and tried tarnish my character. No respectable property management behaves the way that Villa Fay does. They do not deserve to be in business because of the way they treat people.
