Purchased a property listed by Thompson Realtors, after in home several months we found there is substantial leaking in the basement during heavier rains. Would normally not be a big issue except for the fact that it was NOT on the sellers disclosure, plus later found that not only did the homeowner know about it, but the listing agent knew as well.(Yeah Right? - Really) Of course we get denial but evidence was clear with staining on concrete block, staining and wicking of lower door frames etc... We have used many realtors in the past & never had any issues. Looking for a local realtor in Lancaster county? I would highly recommend Kingsway Realty as we have received the best service from them on both the selling and buying side as well as an auction of one of our properties.
