About Eastern Air Balance Corporation Eastern Air Balance Corporation, a certified member firm of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau ( NEBB ) is an independent agency incorporated in July 1965, to specialize in the testing, adjusting and balancing of air and water flows in heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems through precision adjustment of control devices, mechanisms and systems operations. The experienced staff of Eastern Air Balance Corporation is comprised of four ( 4 ) NEBB Certified Professionals and a registered professional engineer, who have over one hundred thirty years of combined industry experience. The four NEBB Certified Professionals are certified in Air and Hydronic Systems. Additionally one holds the status of NEBB Building Systems Commissioning Certified Professional for the disciplines of HVAC Systems Commissioning, Plumbing Systems Commissioning and Fire Protection Systems Commissioning. This full time staff of experienced professionals manages all office and field operations.
