Great merchandise, but the customer service is unbelievably rude. The older woman there needs to take some classes on how to deal with people. She would not open a jewelry case for my 24 year old daughter because it was sterling silver and told my daughter she couldn't afford it - really, wow way to lose a customer. Don't plan to go back!
