This place picks and chooses who it wants to treat right,it's taking me over nine months to get my high blood pressure meds and still as of 6/19/2018 doctor wanting to see if I should be on them, well after all of this time my blood pressure has been 193 over 112 and at every doctor visit as well as throughout being home it's very high, well I was told today that it doesn't matter I've been on high blood pressure meds for 5 years straight befor seeing this doctor he said he is a new doctor there and don't wanna just through out meds,so he has took me off and and refered me to the wellness center due to him saying it's not high blood pressure and its some kind of anxiety, and the people back there are sayen there not sure why he told me to come there. So now i have seen three people which are not doctors of any sort of the mental health side and they said I can't see the real doctors for that side it takes 6 months to see that doctor, well I'm on my 6 months waiting still to see the doctor on the mental health side,I have an up coming appointment and as I see it's jus to sit and takl to the same lade that's tells my there's steps to see this doctor. My chest is killing me and I'm so lost, not sure what to do at the moment.Have any one else delt with these issue,.when I firts was seen my blood pressure was through the roof and the doctor says aww I will check when you leave and if it's that high again im gonna put u on something for it ,when I leave here checks it and it's sky high again and he does nothing, this happened on three different occasions, and he scheduled to see me in 9 months now I've been in chest pain and even have blacked out and when to the hospital, and they tell me why hasn't your doctor put you on high blood pressure meds you are supposed to be on them with this type of high reading, and I tell them the same thing that he say he don't wanna be passing out meds ,and to go-to mental health in the same building. Is this how every one's been treated here.

My doctor went on vacation without calling in my prescription. The office staff seemed like they could care less even when I told them I was in a lot of pain. I was told by the reception that she was just the middle man which meant to me that no one was going out of their way to help me. This is the second time this has happened. They have so many policies that when something out of the ordinary happens they don't know what to do. So FRUSTRATED!!!!!

I have had nothing but great service from all of the staff. Very accommodating to my needs. No bad experiences here.

What a joke. The receptionists are clearly just trying to get a paycheck without doing anything but the bare minimum and even when they do "help" you, they find a way to butcher the job. Then, when you bring it to their attention they ask if you, the patient, would like to solve the problem. Ummm.... no thanks. I don't get paid to do your job. I have my own; thanks. Add that to the fact that the record-keeping is lacking. My child was almost given an immunization he had already received at his previous appointment until I said "It seems like he JUST got that one." I took my child in for a cough and the doctor didn't even use his stethoscope or look at my child's throat. I assume it's because he was in a hurry. Not once have we been to this clinic and gotten in and out within an hour. Considering how little the nurse and the doctor do, it shouldn't take so long to be seen. Our last appointment, from check in to check out, took two and a half hours! Not to mention, it seems like my child's doctor is on vacation about once every few months. With the exception of about 3 people total (between the 3 offices I've been to) it's clear that you are just a number to this clinic. Unless you, as a patient, have something that sets you apart that can't be ignored, don't expect them to remember you by name much less to remember any details about you without reading your chart first - which they don't have time to do that because they are too busy cramming in as many people as they can so they can make that almighty dollar. After all, their doctors need their extensive vacation time. That gets expensive. If I could give zero stars, I would.
