They were fair, I didn't feel as though they were taking advantage of us. They saved us thousands. Diagnosed our issues and did exactly what we needed, no more and no less. I wasn't left with that "what is that charge for" feeling. They were prompt and down to earth. 100% recommend!

I called Pauls because i woke up to my water heater broken, within the hour they were over and fixed me up. So happy to have people around that work so promptly

I had an element replaced in my hot water heater. The water wasn't warming so I called and they came back and adjusted it. They should have checked those settings before replacing it. or at least after replacing it They charged me twice; the original charge and then a whole new set of charges to come back. After some telephone tag I merely received a second bill. This is the third time my family had this type of service --- and last.
