I left here feeling very disappointed. I wanted to take my parents out for Thanksgiving and everything about our experience was disappointing. Horrible service, I understand it was Thanksgiving but everyone was very rude and unprofessional. They ran out of Turkey on the buffet line and when my 80 year old father asked on the status he was only offered a very rude comment. You shouldn't run out of Turkey on Thanksgiving! The food was cold and really not that great. Probably would have had better food and service at the Golden Coral. I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Craftwood Inn., is a uniquely placed restaurant,. in Manitou Springs. The food is out of this world., and the service is impecable. The quaint setting of this restaurant., makes you realize that you are headed for a wonderful evening., it is like a page torn out of a history book., Table settings are beautiful., the wine list is extensive., the food., well., , it is just "over the top'. The care that is taken to prepare and serve wild game entrees., for your enjoyment, is outstanding , there are other selections that include seafood., pork., chicken., the list goes on and on. This is not your "ordinary restaurant"!!! this an upscale place., that serves wonderful meals., great service., and attention to detail., You will not be disappointed., like I said., 'OVER THE TOP'., all the way, try it., and your will return, make no mistake about that., Enjoy!!!!

We have been going here for some years. It is a truly great experience. You don't have to choose the wild game as they have other choices. We love the scallops. The facility is a wonderful old but beautiful place. They would be good for receptions or other special events.

Ate there with a friend on 10/20/12 for dinner. Very disappointed and am amazed that others give this place a glowing recommendation. Main complaint: Servings are miniscule and grossly overpriced. House salad $8: literally 3 pieces of lettuce wrapped with a cucumber slice and with 3 cherry tomatoes. That's it. All entrees were over $25 and barely filled a quarter of the plate. The rest of the plate was drizzled with some colorful stripe of sauce....apparently to make you feel like you were getting something special. Two mediocre dinner roles with no offer for refills. Dessert: Key lime ice cream---two TINY dollops occupying about 1/8 of the plate and again with the colorful drizzle stripe of sauce. Give me a break. It was offensive, and we left hungry. No plans to go back. All the other fawning customers raving about the place should give me a call. I have some land I need to sell in the desert. Wake up and get real!
