I had never been there before so I bought a voucher from Living Social and decided to try it out. Well I went there for a mocha and a caprese salad and received rude service. They were snotty and condescending. OK. No big deal... I won't go back right? I wish it had ended there. Well Living Social sent me an email asking about my experience and I told the truth. Here is a copy of the email that the rude owner sent back accusing me of "hiding behind my keyboard""I apologize for that, however, you might have wanted to tell us at the time of your visit instead of writing on an email without me knowing exactly what happened during the transaction. I am always of the opinion that if I have a problem with someone that is waiting on me, I tell them to his or her face what sort of problem I have instead of hiding behind a keyboard, Sincerely, Douglas Lewis Owner. A great place for Mocha or Latte the Sandwich are Well portioned. they have bulk Coffees and Tea products and a wide range of spice on the back wall to pick from. I would go there for a great cup of coffee best flavors to pick from.
