Went for lunch and to watch the football games. Place was maybe half full of customers. Although it is nice being able to watch games on multiple TVs, the table was super sticky and dirty like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. Hour wait for our appetizers and over an hour for the burger and wings we ordered. Understaffed. Food was underwhelming. This will be our last visit. Shame. The place has potential

Went last night to enjoy dinner with friends, took 20 min to order drinks, food came out cold. Waitress arguing with customers about our bill... probably won't be going back foe a while.

I like eating at bw3s. Very glad to see Manitowoc to get a BW3. But the biggest down fall to Manitowocs BW3 is there bar tenders. They are terrible. The bartender we had didn't know how to make a old fashion. I also heard people waiting 12 minutes to get asked if they need another beer. Please fix this issue.
