Filled a new prescription and was horrified to find it cost almost $400!!! The Indian pharmacist (wish I caught her name) let me know the manufacturer site had a coupon that saved me $60. Then she also said to see if I qualify for there assistance program that would cover my prescription in the future.

I had no idea about any of this since no one at the doctors office mentioned it. I was thinking about how much over time I'd need to work to be able to fill my medication! That worker was amazing and I'm so thrilled she works their. Typically I hate mega pharmacies but this worker makes it worth using them.

The wait wasn't bad and they always are fast to fill the meds. That worker is what sets this pharmacy apart from the rest.

temptations exist for a pharmacist to interfere with the work of a physician. pharmacist should always augment and improve upon the work between patient and physician, not interfere or confuse. Benefit of the doubt by a pharmacist should side with the patient on behalf of the physician. absence of this will cause stress and mistakes especially when regulations become to stringent. regulations never have feeling or empathy, something which physicians and pharmacist should practice. all in all, professionals should know enough to rise above these challenges. CVS falls short.
