DO NOT BUY YOUR JEWELRY HERE. The quality is terrible and the service is WORSE.



I have three earrings from Kay's that my parents bought for me from a different Kay's location. I was due for my free cleaning and inspection in the summer. During the cleaning two of the diamonds in my earrings became loose. The manager was NOT apologetic in any way for the damage that was done, but assured me that they would be fixed for no charge. He then convinced me to purchase screw on backs, which cost me $100, saying that he recommends it on every diamond earring because it's the safest way to wear them.



That'd be all fine and dandy except that the earring I have with the screw on back FELL OFF. I never had any issues with earrings just falling off in the past but now the back of the "safer" earring is GONE. I feel deceived, I am DREADING going into Kay's to replace the back of my earring because the manager, Josh, does not care about me as a customer.



Find somewhere else to do business. This Kay's location is not friendly and does not handle customer issues very well.
