SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I had my 2002 Ford Explorer here and the mechanics told me that my truck needed a new engine and oil pump. I GOT A 2ND OPINION ON MY VEHICLE, THE TOTAL COST OF THE REPAIR WAS $15. The oil pump sending unit needed to be replaced. The worse part of this is that while at Ramirez Auto Repair and Towing THEY HIT MY VEHICLE and left a dent the size of a basket ball. Even when I told them I have them on video towing my truck away DENT FREE, THEY STILL DENIED THEY HIT IT.
