Never go there for anything. what i ordered was not what i recieved. the color ribbon was not even my colors and things agreed upon were not even done. when confronted on these mistakes all they said was "i know i didnt charge you for them". when you pay someone a substantial amount of money you should get what you payed for..Instead i got what she felt like doing. there was not even an apology for her mistakes even after she admitted she didnt do what we agreed on and refused to refund us anything. There are so many other great florists in Manitowoc that will give you what you pay for. I have never written a complaint online for any business but if i can save anyone the hassle when it comes to a big day or something special and u need a florist i would hate to have yours ruined by this compay

The delivery was very prompt and the recipient raved about how beautiful it was. Good service these days is hard to find. Keep up the good work.
