Provided by YP.comWe've done business with Al since 2005 when our new mobile home was first being set up . In 2010 our house had to be moved to another lot due to a new road being built. Al was there to get everything set up c and checked back with us in the following weeks In winter of 2013 our pipes froze. We called him in the evening and he was out early the next morning and under the house. After flipping the breaker on the heat wrap for the pipes he told us it would be $75 if we could wait, possibly 24 hours for it to thaw, otherwise he would go under the house and start re-wrapping looking for a leak, which would cost $325-$675, depending on how far he had to go. We opted to wait. Al called us that evening to see if we had water...No. About an hr later, when the water suddenly came on in all the faucets. I called him right away to tell him. He could have charged us much more, but, thanks to his honesty, it only cost us $75. I'll continue to call him without hesitation.

Provided by YP.comThe person who runs this business is named Al Richter and he does Horrible work and is one of the most horrible landlords in mankato, mn and i would never recoomend someone to rent from him or to hire him for repairs on anything. This man is a lousy good for nothing landlord who will only take advantage of you and your money. I rented a mobile home from him for 3 years and he would never fix anything. We called him on multiple ocassions to fix water leaks and they never got fixed. Also in the winter our pipes froze every other day and this so call landlord or as i like to call him a slumlord would not come for days to fix the problem. After all this he asked us to move out because he was selling the place. He then asked us to move out half a month early and so we did. When we went back up to the mobile home to finish getting our stuff and clean the place he had already torn down the steps so there was no way for us to get into the place to move the rest of our stuff or clean the mobile home. Guess what this slumlord took the remainder of our stuff and dumped it on my mother in laws lawn (i mean i got my stuff but really) maybe he should have gave me more time to get my stuff out. Then he filed for a garnishment against me for 1800 dollars money i did not owe him for any reason as he sold the mobile home we lived in. This guy is a peace of work thats for sure.
