I happen to be in the River Hills mall today and for convenience reasons decided to take my two sons, ages 12 and 4, to get their hair cut there for the first and last time ever. When we walked in two stylists were sitting and talking, we appeared to disturb their social time. The one stylist started with my older son. The second stylist came and got my four year old a few minutes later. Not only was she incredibly ROUGH in how she used the clippers on his little head, she also sprayed all over his head and face before using the scissors. She didn't give him a warning that she would she spraying him directly in the face, didn't offer to cover his face and then didn't give him or me anything to wipe off his face high. He had water running off his eye lashes! When the cut was over and we were walking out, my older son pointed out a scratch on his little brother's face. That is when I noticed the scratches along his hair line and all over the back of his neck from the woman's nails and the clippers!!!! I will NEVER take my children or myself there again. What I thought was convenient turned into a horrible experience. I will go out of my way to deter anyone I know from being a patron at this business. Is very disappointed to say the least.
