Never ever go to Mecca for a tattoo or any service. Went to get gift certificates for a new tattoo wanted. Running the promotion of get 50 with a purchase of 50 or an appointment. We asked the front desk if we got 50 if we made an appointment and he said "I'm yeah. That's what it says". I mean really. I know. We wanted to verify. He was extremely rude and undermining. We proceed to purchase 50 to get 50 to use for our new tattoo. After we purchase we are told we can't use the gift cards for a deposit. Absolutely no word of this. We must but 100 down and use the gift cards for anything after the deposit. What the heck is the gift cards for them?! Buy for a friend and make them pay 100 out of pocket first!!!! I said that is terrible customer service and makes me not want to come back. He then proceeded to tell me he didn't want my business or us to come back. Really?!? You bet. I'll never ever set foot in there and I will spread the word of the terrible customer service and shady practices. Stay away!!!!!
