I’ve always loved this restaurant, but within the past year, everything has been overpriced (bumped up at least $1.00) and significantly decreased in quantity (never even filling the bowls up halfway- closer to a third, if that!)
Several months ago, I ordered regular buttered noodles and the noodles weren’t even halfway up the dish. We called and filed a complaint and were offered a free dish for next time.
Today, my sister and I got mac and cheese, except I ordered a regular size and she ordered a small. This order was also to-go. Both of our dishes were significantly less than halfway up the to-go bowl, and on top of that, I had received the same amount that my sister had received.
Believe me, I will still love their food. In my personal opinion, Noodles & Co has the best Mac and cheese I have ever tasted!
I just wouldn’t recommend eating there unless you won’t get it to-go. 😕

The food here is great even if it seems a little expensive (on the order of Panera) so we only get it occasionally. The tomato soup is my favorite of any tomato soup I've ever had. However, they have a habit of screwing up to-go orders. My son had a small soup, I had a regular. My bowl was only 1/3 filled. I called to complain and they are sending me a coupon. However, I'd rather they get the order right!
