I bought a nice sectional from them and got a warranty. When they delivered it to my house it wasn't covered up with any kind of protective cover and they dropped it a couple time scratched up my floors put a hole in my wall and tore the back of the couch. When I called the manager about it she denied it all said I must have damaged it all and told me to call guardsman to use my warranty. A week later my girlfriend made me go look at some furniture stores and I saw that same couch for 600 when I spent 2000!!!!!!!! They once again refused to do anyhing.
