Called to have a patient picked up when all other cab companies had us waiting 30 min or more. Taxi Pros was able to make it in 15 min. Unfortunately my patient had a family member come and pick them up in that short window. The driver was very kind and understanding. I will be recommending them to all my patients in the future!!!!!

First off, he was 10 min late, making me late for work. Then he charged $10 to go less than 3 miles, when this is under $5 Mankato taxi club. That's DOUBLE what I expected to pay, and I'm very angry. He said it was 10 and I said, but it said 5 online, and he said it's 2$ per mile and 4$ to pick me up. I don't know, but that sounded like pricing off the cuff. Never calling them again >:(
