I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social worker providing counseling to individuals, couples, families, and children. Therapeutically I integrate several different schools of thought to help people optimize their life through their existing strengths and practical skills. I have a broad range of experience including trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and bereavement. I believe most people can find relief from their symptoms within a brief time frame through a well-fit therapeutic relationship.
