I can’t say enough about All Auto Locks / aka Doug (owner/operator)! Outstanding service! This guy is super knowledgeable, professional, reliable,... I own a couple of Land Rovers (yes, I realize I should know better!) one of them was being problematic with the FOB- (keyless entry / keyless start). Land Rover wanted me to bend over a barrel and teach me a hard financial lesson. I decided to start conducting some calls to the more highly rated locksmiths throughout Long Island- most of the way through the list all the locksmiths I called were telling me to go suck it in regards to any assistance with LR. Once I connected with Doug @ All Auto Locks he was super helpful right from the get go. Made himself available that same afternoon. His mobile unit is second to none: super clean vehicle, stocked with whatever was needed, top notch equipment,.. This guy has got a great sense of humor, he’s honest, with fair market pricing, but best of all he was able to get my little Rover up an running!!! Hell, ya can’t put a price on that! Do not waste your time seeking out assistance for your vehicle locksmith needs anywhere else other than Doug @ All Auto Locks. 5 STAR plus I’m keeping his number in my contacts and letting the people I like know about him. As for the rest of the shmucks I know, let’em struggle and go the the dealer.

Doug provided me with awesome service. He was very accommodating with regard to my schedule and even met where my girl friend's car was located. The service provided was exceptional, he completed the job while I ran to the bank to take out money for payment. Doug even replaced my girl's key even though she lost the chip and inside buttons. She's happy. I'm Happy!

I was at the mall when my car key had snapped off from my key chain and went missing. I retraced my steps but couldn't find it. Doug from All Auto Locks came to help. He came quickly and was very friendly. As he went to take down my VIN, he noticed that my key (with the broken chain) was on the windshield. It must have dropped when I got out of my car and someone had put it there. I felt bad but luckily Doug was super nice and understanding. He only charged for the trip which my roadside assistance was able to cover. Thanks Doug!

I used all auto locks on November 5, 2016. The owner was courteous and the service on my 2015 Honda civix was done quickly and professionally. The convenience of them coming to me saved me money and time. I would highly recommend this business.

Had the pleasure to deal with Douglas Lown from All Auto Locks. I could not type enough to explain how impressed I was. Great communication, extremly friendly service and VERY quick and reliable. Will recommend to everyone and anyone I find that has an issue with there car locks/keys. THANKS AGAIN!!!!
