Bought a new sofa and love seat. Had it delivered. Ask delivery men to please remove our old set. We were advised by clerk that they would do this for us. Manager called after delivery and informed us that we had messed up his delivery schedule and that we shouldn't have ask for this to be done. This was our "Thank You" for doing business with them. Never again!
