I moved to Plymouth in 2016 and just used them because that is what the previous owners of my house used. Churchill has been great for us. Always prompt with delivery and the price is fair.

My experience with this company has been unbelievable! I rent a house here in Manomet where this oil company is located, and for the past 2 years my heat and hot water have been included with my rental fee. I have never had an account myself with this or any other oil company, as I have always rented at places with heat included. This past fall my landlord informed me that I would have to start paying for the oil and I agreed. The oil was always delivered automatically so I just waited for the bill to arrive so that I could start paying it, but to my surprise one morning, I woke up in a freezing cold house because Churchill's had never delivered oil. I called and was told that in order to get oil delivered, I would have to pay the landlords outstanding bill! I explained the situation to no avail. They will not let me set up an account with them even though I have nothing to do with the landlord's account. Everytime I call to order oil C.O.D., the woman asks if I want to pay off the outstanding balance left by my landlord! Now, I have no history with them, and I have 2 children living at the house, so basically I am being forced to pay someone else's bill in order to heat my house!
