I ordered flowers for my friend who had hip replacement surgery in Connecticut. I always use local florists when sending from out of town because I like to give local businesses my support. This florist is awful. We chose the arrangement I wanted on the phone together and they ended up changing the nicer flowers with cheaper ones. (My friend sent me photo) When I called and complained the woman said she would send a fresh arrangement the next day. Awful again! Cheap astromelia with 6 tiny carnations that were brown on the edges. A florist that just doesn't care or was trying to get away with something because I am not in CT. Poor, poor, poor.
