Upon a delay in delivery that put my family through 4 nights or ordeal this was their response.
Wesley, the order I placed on Saturday with the specific request to rush was delivered today. I have to say, that does not leave me in a good place especially when I was assured that the oil will be delivered either Monday or Tuesday on the phone. What can you to make this much more reliable service so that we are not stranded ?

our oil level was less than 1/8th on Saturday and kids and everyone slept around the fireplace for four days in a row. I would like to know what you want to do.

i assume your last email was a joke. very funny; you got me....i almost thought you were serious.



if you had been serious i would have told you that you should order sooner and not wait until you are in such dire circumstances. I might have said you could have signed up for automatic delivery and not had to worry about running low. I possibly would have advised you to pay the "emergency fee" and had next day delivery.



or for that matter i would tell you that you should be calling another company because we have no interest in dealing with people like you! but im glad i figured out you were joking because that would have been a ridiculous email to send...

I've had nothing but good experiences with ordermyoil.com. I did not like being under contract with an oil company and prefer to pay as needed. I always compare prices with ordermyoil and local oil providers and only once was my local oil provider (who delivers without a long-term contract) cheaper than ordermyoil. I had maintenance service done through them as well which was in line with the standard fee that others charge. I will always use them as long as the price is the cheapest compared to other local companies. It's nice to have the flexibility to order your oil like gas in an automobile (only when you need it and at the lowest price). The only thing one should worry if ordering on a as needed basis is keeping track of the quantity of oil and ordering at the right time so you don't run out. However, this saves you money as you can plan when to fill your tank if the prices are low vs high.

excellent company - prices are very competitive - simply the best - and I've never experienced a delay in delivery..the previous review made me laugh! why would you wait till your gauge goes down to 1/8 - with 4 kids? this is your issue, Paul. I always order when we are approaching 1/4 and that proved to be a great strategy. thanks for your services - I used to be on automatic delivery and once I discovered order my oil and their prices, i never looked back!
