Just horrific. They routinely deliver to the wrong addresses or not at all. I have everything from important IRS documents, and other sensitive letters not make it to me. I have also had rent checks not make it to my landlord,. Horrible, horrible horrible.

On hold for 10 minutes (thus far unsuccessfully) to beg them to stop leaving my mail on the floor in a pile beneath our postal delivery boxes, in a professional building with busy public patronage. Confidential mail needs to be secured or held at the post office. Why do I know that, but they do not???

I will no longer use this branch and possibly USPS. I have packages that my customers pay extra $ to have delivered quickly and I can't count the number of times the carrier has not picked up the package. I am sick and tired of this shoddy government production.

Do not use any services at this post office. No matter the cost,

use a private service for all deliveries. The carriers care nothing for the customers, or the mail or packages they deliver.....
