Penny let me come and tour the facility ahead of time. She was very receptive to my many phone calls and questions and also very kind when setting up the reservation. She even called me to give me an update on how they were doing. The building itself is very large and has high ceilings. It has windows and is very bright, clean and warm. The runs are good sized. Most boarding places do not take them out regularly unless you pay extra for "play time" but Penny takes them out several times a day into one of her three fenced yards. This is included in the boarding cost. I also like that she let my husband set their kennel up with all of their supplies when we first got there so she could see how we wanted it set up. I could tell she had interacted with them throughout their stay because they were very happy to see her when we went to get them. They liked her very much. I could tell she had snuggled them and loved them while we were gone.I will definitely use this facility again.

I am very happy with Logan Pine kennel, the people are friendly and my dog seems to like being there.
