Beware of these guys. They're nice up front but I am warning you as of late they arr VERY slow at replacing things. Faucets were leaking because of the thing being 9 years old and they just kept sending fix it man to wrap it with seal tape and rig it to last. Never did get a new one before I moved. My door had a big crack going down from the latch ( that had been re screwed 20 times from it wearing out) causing my door to often just pop open. They said for months I was on the list to get a new door but also never did. Surprisingly though the empty apartment next to me did when old neighbors moved out. Had a huge bees nest in upstairs room to the point they chewed through drywall and were swarming. They had the maintenance guy squirt powder in the hole and plaster the hole up. Black mold from moisture from the EXTREMELY leaky windows. Right before I moved there was a guy that had been shot dumped right down the way from my place and a guy had been robbed at knifepoint at the dumpsters. There are several kids that like to hit your car with rocks too. I found a syringe at the play area, a 9mm clip with bullets by the play area. My new neighbors were selling drugs. And what was their reply? Make a police report. I lived there for nearly 13 years and just in the last few years it has gone WAY down hill. Also be careful by the dumpsters at night. Theres a massive racoon that eats there lol
