this range is a piece of junk. I gets too hot on the outside. it doesn't cook food thoroughly in the oven. Looks like a piece of trim is missing on the back under the controls. I am very disappointed with this product and will not buy another for my mom or self.

The serviceman was very professional in his conversation, delivery of service, and even his statement of regret which included knowing that Sears charged us 5x the cost of a piece plus labor. He was apologetic and embarrassed.

When my husband took the time to look up the piece that was needed to fix our appliance he found it online from the manufacturer for 1/5 the cost of what Sears had charged us. We were outraged. As my husband called Sears to speak to someone we got a gentlemen who refused to put us through to his supervisor. The request seemed very simple and I imagine quite a common request at that.

This has obviously put quite a damper on our opinion of the repair process and integrity of Sears. We won't be back.

You have done a great dis-service to the entire Sears reputation.
