great place to rent. great selection of homes and apartments. I have rented from Stimens off and on for years and have never had any trouble whatsoever! fast response when need repairs and good communication for the most part.

Renting from Stimens was a good experience. Mr. Stimens is a great landlord and the office staff is great. I never had any complaints, during the winter the sidewalks and lot was always cleared in a timely manner. During lease signing, things went smoothly and he even cut us some breaks which is always nice, we had a reduced deposit due to good credit and he did not make us put a pet deposit down for our dog and cat. Upon moving out, I had no complaints, and honestly I was not expecting to get any part of my deposit back. I was aware that the walls would need a coat of paint and the floors was need steam cleaned because of my dog getting sick on them and staining them, and my cat pushing a screen out. I did however get a portion of my deposit back in a timely manner. As compared to other landlords I have dealt with, the cost of labor and cleaning was VERY reasonable. I have no complaints whatsoever that the landlord had any control over. I would definitely recommend Stimens to anyone looking for a decent and affordable place to rent, and I would surely rent from them again if I were to move back to the area.

Property is well kept and at standards for the most part. However, landlord will nickel and dime you to death after you move out. They even charge for light bulbs, burner plates, etc... He sent me a bill 633.00! We called him, thought that was that! 9 months later I get a collection letter! Very underhand landlord and one should beware! Nosey too! Very!!
