I recently went to Ulta to have an updo and make up application done in the salon for my prom. My hair was done decently but I was extremely disappointed with the service and overall application itself. My makeup artist was rude to me from our introduction and until I checked out. After not listening to my instructions and my reference photo she complained when I asked if it could be changed. After quickly "fixing" my makeup it looked messy and she left eyeshadow on my face and chin and never cleaned it. My entire face was blotchy, pale, and looked dirty. After I talked to a sales associate in the store she took me to the Benefit girls and they fixed everything and made it look great! A complete change from the original artist. So glad they could help me and restore my faith in Ulta. The salon artist definitely didn't do that!
