We recently purchased a washer from Beiter's and must say that we were impressed with the customer service at this store and with the delivery personal. The night before the delivery, we were given a call giving a time frame of when we could expect delivery. Then before the delivery guys got here, we received another call stating that they were in the area and would be here shortly. Delivery and installation were made before their projected time and was quick and efficient. The evening of the delivery, we received another call asking if all went well. You just don't get service like this anymore! More companies could take a lesson or two from Beiter's in what good customer service really is. Thanks again, to all those at Beiter's. You can bet, we'll be back!!!!!!

What a find! I am very pleased with this store. They had what I wanted, did not pressure me at all. The salesman helped me decide what appliances would best suit my needs. I will go back there and also recommend it to family and friends.

Highly disappointing. Efficiency and customer care/service seem to be beyond the realm of understanding in this "business" establishment. I did not heed the advice of others and chose to buy from Beiter's. It will not happen again. Nothing promised was ever provided. No communication between departments and stores was evident. I, the customer, suffered as a result of their unprofessionalism. There was no attempt to make things right.

Last year I purchased over 10,000 dollars worth of furniture from this store.Half of the order wasnt right and My biggest mistake was paying for the products before they were made right! STILL WAITING either the orders get lost or they send the wrong product. They do not keep in touch to let me know what is going on I have to call all the time and never get any answers. guess it the same old story.................TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN guess I will have to take it to the BBB
