Worst business experience of my 39 years. It was terrible, left old supplies, trash everywhere, and they broke my sprinkler system. I took pictures and sent it to them. Took them weeks to come back and they still didn't fix it. Called business to have them adjust price twice and they said they would work with me. A year later they sent me an outrageous bill by email. Emailed them back and called, again they said they would adjust price and apologized it took a year to get back with me but they were busy and had family problems. Now we are on year 2 and I got another email requesting outrageous payment with no adjustment. So I emailed back expressing concern and wanting price adjusted before paying and a reason for no communication on my calls & email. More excuses. We are working on 2 and a half years and only 2 emails from them. Several calls and emails from me which I've documented all. Has to be the worst fencing business ever!! Ashamed of myself for doing business with them!!

I called to get an estimate for a fence and a lady took my name and number and said that someone would call me back to schedule an appointment at my home for an estimate. I waited and waited and waited and waited....you get the idea. Since no one ever bothered to call, I'm using a company out of Fort Worth and Accent Iron is losing out on several thousand dollars. Oh well, their loss.

Avoid this company like the plauge. They use incorrect materials and install improperly. Don't use them unless you want a fence that will fall down in less than a year.
