Friendly, honest, very professional! The bail agent there explained to me the process from start to finish. Will use them again. Thanks for getting my friend out of jail!

I used them to bail someone out, and they are very unprofessional. Instead of the typical 10%, they charged 30%, claiming that since she had tickets and such on the past,it was going to be a higher amount. Then once she had to check in with them, they never told her she could check in in person for free, instead they told her to check in on their automated system which costs $15 every time you use it. I feel like they exploited the fact that I knew nothing about bailing someone out of jail to get an extra $350 out of me. I will NEVER use them for anything again! You're better off going next door to the other bail bondsman, who is also an attorney. At one time he offered free bail if you hired him as your attorney.
