HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!CLOTHES CAME BACK SMELLING OF SWEAT.THE OWNER SHOUTED OVER THE PHONE AT ME CLAIMING THAT DRY CLEANING DOES NOT REMOVE THE ODOR OF SWEAT ON CLOTHES.FIRST TIME I,VE EVER HEARD OF THAT AND FIRST TIME THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED IN THE MANY YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN DRY CLEANING MY CLOTHES.WHAT LOW QUALITY SERVICE.DOES NOT DESERE TO CARRY THE NAME.PLACE IS A FILTHY DUMP

Great service and very friendly staff. Always on time and the clothes are in great condition. Glad to have them as my neighborhood cleaners!

This Comet Cleaners location is HORRIBLE! The quality of the work is substandard - I am surprised they are still in business. The owner is hands off when it comes to complaints and then throws the employees under the bus by saying they are unskilled and not educated on how to handle complaints. I wonder why? Poor leadership at the top typically translate into even poorer results at the customer level. I wish this place would close and allow a company with morals and customer service to come in and help revitalize that section of Mansfield. I will NEVER patronize a Comet Cleaners location as long as this franchise owner is in business! If I could give a half of a star I would - as even .5 out of 5 is giving this dreadful place too much credit. If you own nice clothes and would like to wear your suits with one crease and not two or three - then stay away from that location!!!
