WORST EXPERIENCE IN HISTORY!! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER. they lost my clothes, wouldn't call back for 2 weeks, I had to call him for days. He lost a skirt that cost me $80 from Express. The skirt is currently selling online USED for $60. He refused to pay me back what it costs, told me he could give me store credit. I said "so you want to give me $80 of STORE CREDIT so you can keep the money for yourself? Why would I want to go back after all this?!" He told me he didn't care if I wrote a review and that if I wanted he would give me $40, take it or leave it.

If you are looking for a cleaners that is good and professional and takes care of their customers and IS RESPONSIBLE, then do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Part of owning a business is owning up to YOUR mistakes and taking care of your customers. You lose my clothes, you pay for it, RIGHT? The owner, Johnny Nguyen, obviously doesn't know how to run a business nor does he know the first thing about customer service.
