Caring doctors and nurses. Long waits. Knowledgeable staff. Crazy insurance billing. $75 for a flu shot? Really?

I have never had a problem with the staff in the waiting room or any of the doctors/nurses. Everyone is always extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Derryberry has always made me feel important and never rushed, even on his busiest day. He talks TO me, not AT me and he takes the time out to explain anything that I have a question about. He talks about medical detail in a way that I not only can understand, but also in a way that isn't condescending. The nurses are always very positive and helpful and that makes it so much more comforting being in a doctor's office :) thank you, all of you. We are extremely glad that you are in Mansfield!

I came in to Expedian several weeks post-op and feeling awful. Had gotten my flu shot but was sure I had been exposed to flu strain B when I took my spouse to the UC at the hospital. And I had and I did get it. I ended up going up there two times (once for diagnosis and the second for follow-up as my PCP was unavailable). Both times I scheduled an appointment thru their website and arrived early. The staff was polite and courteous and processed me quickly. I was in a room within 15 minutes of being there and saw the doc shortly thereafter. He was genuinely concerned about my well-being while still being thorough and professional. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. If/when I need UC services again, I will definitely be going here again!

Prices are reasonable and medical care is excellent!

From the front desk to the doctor, the staff is very friendly. Very clean inside. I saw the nurse practitioner, (Derryberry I believe), and he was wonderful. I truly felt like he cared about my health, and I could tell from overhearing him with his nurses that he takes a genuine interest in the patients. I actually walked out of there thinking "I wish he was a general practitioner, because I would certainly elect him as mine."

I had to work at 1:00 and went in at 11:30. I got right in and was seen promptly. I was so impressed with the care and the courtesy of the staff and felt the care was very good. It is also very clean and nice. I highly recommend this place.
