The ABSOLUTE worst customer service. Quite frankly, they are lazy. The don't try to sell more because they don't want to do anything more. Awful, and as a side note. I tried them several times to see if maybe it was me...well, NOPE ITS THEM! The lady in the front is snippy and always making excuses for why she is getting it wrong. I found another place with much better customer service and they are not overpriced.

my favorite nail place! However, if you have negative experiences you are probably the type of person who gets their burger spit in at a fast food chain...or don't eat at those because of a "gluten allergy". They have always done a great job at an affordable price!

This is one of the few salons wgere tgey never ask me if i want additional thibgs. They do what you want and try their best to accommodate you. Its always was so quite and peaceful when i go. There all supper nice and friendly.

I am very upset and very angry I will never go to this nail salon again I have been twice and both times have been disappointed. the first time I got my eye brows done and the lady got wax in my hair and acted like she didn't know. and then made me pay full price. I decided to get my nails done the second time I decided to get fake nails and one is crooked and its been barely a week and they are falling off. I have never seen such horrid work and when I finished getting my nails done another lady came in to have a nail repaired after just getting them done. I am so angry and want everyone to know NOT to go to this place. They have the worst customer service very short and they don't listen to what you want. I am sorry I have to leave such a poor review because I know that business is hard right now but they need to do their job and appreciate their customers because they just lost a lot.
